you guys need to work on not distracting the interviewer. she’s looking a little lost sometimes.

You really need to work on that interviews I think. They might have the opposite effect than the one you re hoping for. Let the (really nice) girl turn on CNN or whatever and just compare it. If she cant remember 7 questions the cam-guy should just hold up a cardboard or w/e – but looking up “what are you wearing” as the 1st question just doesnt shed a positive light on it. I think if you have to ask those 7 – she shud memorize it – otherwise just let the girl talk and give her vague directions.
Also let the cam-guy choose a decent background for the recording so their faces might get a reallife-color or make him read the manual.
Dont disqualify this site by such easiest-to-avoid things that even get a blind man irritated instantly.
You dont have to make this comment public – I just wanted to give some honest feedback.

But you need to edit the end a bit. Or know how you’ll end it. The end is always a tad rough like “uh… what now”. We don’t need to see the what now
The interviewer should be fine once eases into it. I like her.
